Aaron Carlton started Roofing Right LLC in 2017 with the mission of providing middle Tennessee homeowners with professional asphalt shingle roof replacements. Aaron has worked in all aspects of construction and grew up in the industry. His grandfather built and planted churches across the South, his uncles developed mutli-million dollar residential projects across Tennessee, and he grew up working side-by-side with his father on countless roofing and remodeling projects. He is committed to providing the highest quality of service and operating with integrity. Our goals are to have multiple locations across the state of Tennessee by 2020 and be a nationwide name by 2025. 

Aaron’s roots run deep in middle Tennessee as he is a seventh-generation Rutherford County resident. His great grandfather came to Rutherford County in the early 1800’s and his family has lived here ever since. After graduating from high school, Aaron proudly enlisted in the Army and deployed to Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon completion of his military service, he attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) where he graduated with honors and then began working as a U.S. diplomat to represent American interests abroad. He worked at U.S. embassies in Uganda, Venezuela, Pakistan, and at the United Nations in New York City. Over the course of his government career, he has received numerous awards for his work – including awards from the U.S. Department of State and MTSU for his effort to combat human trafficking in East Africa. He is fluent in Spanish and can also speak basic Chinese and Portuguese. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking his dog to the river, hunting, fishing, and watching Titans, Vols, and MTSU games.
